Despite its dangers, the lake remains a popular destination with amenities like amusement parks and a manmade beach. There are rumors that the lake is haunted by the spirits of the people who were displaced when the town was flooded. 12Kyle shares his personal experiences visiting Lake Lanier and expresses his fear of returning.
